Gary D. Green – Chairman, DirectorGary has been a member of the Board of Directors of TruBlue since its organization in May 2011, and served as our Chief Executive Officer from May 2011 through December 31, 2015. Gary continues to serve as Chairman of our Board of Directors since January 1, 2016. He is also Chairman of and has been a member of the Board of Directors of TruBlue’s affiliates, Growth Coach, Fresh Coat,and Caring Transitions, since December 2002, December 2005, and June 2006, respectively, and previously served as Chief Executive Officer for these companies. Mr. Green was Chief Executive Officer of H.H. Franchising Systems, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio from May 1997 through December 31, 2015 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Home Helpers Holding Company since February 2016.
Greg Platz – President, DirectorGreg has been President and a member of the Board of Director for TruBlue since February 29, 2016 and previously served as our Chief Operating Officer. Greg was employed with our affiliate Fresh Coat from September 2008 through December 31, 2015, serving as operations manager, Director of Operations, and then as Vice President of Operations. While with Fresh Coat Franchise, because of Greg’s operational leadership and exceptional franchise owner coaching capabilities, he helped grow that very successful system from 20 franchise locations to well over 120.
Steve Kwon – Senior Vice President of Franchise DevelopmentSteve has been in franchise development for over 20 years, overseeing many brands grow from infancy to national powerhouses and household names, such as Mathnasium and Budget Blinds. He joined the TruBlue team in late 2017 to duplicate those results for this new, exciting house care franchising opportunity.
Joe Grimes – Chief Financial OfficerJoe has been Chief Financial Officer for us and our affiliates Growth Coach, Fresh Coat, Caring Transitions, and Pet Wants since March 2017 and was Director of Accounting for us and our affiliates from November 2015 through February 2017. From April 2014 through November 2015, he was Controller for Jack Guttman Inc., dba Bakery Crafts, in West Chester, Ohio. From January 2010 through December 2013, Joe was the Global Product Supply Forecast manager for the Iams Corporation, a division of the Procter & Gamble Company, in Mason, Ohio.
Jeff Siehl – General Counsel, Vice President, SecretaryJeff has been our General Counsel and Secretary since May 2011 and Vice President since February 2018. He has been the General Counsel and Secretary of our affiliates Growth Coach, Fresh Coat and Caring Transitions since September 2007, of Pet Wants since August 2015, and has been Vice President of these affiliates since February 2018. He was General Counsel of H.H. Franchising Systems, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio from September 2007 through February 1, 2018. From July 2002 to September 2007, Jeff practiced law with Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, L.L.P. in Cincinnati, Ohio.
