### Momentum You Can See

The demographic tailwind is real. The U.S. population is aging, and demand for aging-in-place solutions is only climbing. TruBlue is growing right along with it. 2025 represented a record-breaking year for TruBlue from a franchise development perspective, and 2026 has seen an acceleration in growth. That growth is also showing up on podcasts, in industry media and in conversations with candidates who are excited about TruBlue's role in fall prevention and enabling aging-in-place.

### You Don't Need to Swing the Hammer

One of the most common misconceptions Sean addressed is that TruBlue owners need a trade background. They don't. A TruBlue franchisee is a business owner first: someone who builds and leads a team, manages the business, and becomes a trusted presence in the community.

That community piece matters. Sean pointed out how valuable relationships with Realtors, healthcare professionals and other local referral partners can be in driving steady, high-quality business. Owners who enjoy building relationships tend to do especially well.
