TruBlue Home Service Ally was recently featured in [Patch.com](https://patch.com/new-jersey/holmdel-hazlet/holmdel-resident-launches-senior-home-safety-business-monmouth-county), spotlighting the launch of a new franchise location serving Monmouth County, New Jersey.

After 20 years managing Medicare and Medicaid programs in healthcare operations, Andrea Tomba was ready to put her experience with seniors to work in her own community. That search led her to TruBlue, and this month, TruBlue of Monmouth County opened its doors — serving families throughout Red Bank, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Rumson and the surrounding Jersey Shore area.

Tomba's story is a familiar one among TruBlue franchisees: a career built around caring for others, followed by a search for a business where that experience could translate into ownership. As she shared with Patch, TruBlue isn't just for seniors — it's built for the "sandwich generation," adult children juggling care for their own kids and their aging parents at the same time.
